Our Honeymoon-New York

This is Ry in front of the Lion statue at the New York City Library. Just in case you were wondering, yes, he's holding a H & M bag cause we went shopping there!
We went to the Metropolitan Museum of Art and we took pictures next to some of our favorite paintings.
This is my favorite painting, done in pointillism and the only colors used are red, yellow and blue! Crazy huh?
This is me in front of the Metropolitan, it's such a beautiful building! Seriously though, we got lost so many times in this building, and I don't think a person could tour the whole thing in one day it's so huge!
There are bridges all over Central Park and these guys sit under them playing the sax. You can see him on the right side just barely.
So when we arrived at Central Park, we rented these sweet bikes and rode through! It was so fun! It beats walking a few miles!
Here's Ry trying to be buddies with the penguins.
Here's the big polar bear. PS, Central Park Zoo has no zebras, no lions, no hippos, and no giraffes...or monkies...Just the penguins from Madagascar!
Our first night in New York, we went to a Yankees vs. Red Sox game! Even though we were secretly rootin for Red Sox, we avoided getting beat up by looking like Yankees fans! Seriously, there were cops surrounding our section cause they were crazy!
Here's the new Yankee stadium! They are going to tear down the old one, sad huh?

Our Honeymoon-Philadelphia

This is the courtroom, there are doors on either side of the room in the back. But only the one on the left is real, the other is there for symmetry...interesting huh?
Bray was gigling with Ryan the whole time. They totally love each other!
Ry and I were wandering around before we took this tour...so this is the door that goes into the courtroom that is real!
When Ry and I got married in November, we couldn't really take the time off to go on a honeymoon because of Ryan's school. When we were married, we went to Salt Lake for the weekend and then returned to normal life after about three days. So, we planned a trip for when he would get out of school for the summer and make it our honeymoon. We went to the east coast and toured a few cities. Now this is going to take some time to blog, so I will do one city at a time. The first Day, we went to Philadelphia and met up with Jeff and Rivka while we toured the city.

No, we didn't have a baby, this is Bray, Jeff and Rivka's adorable boy, he is the happiest kid I have ever seen!

Here we are officially eating real Philly Cheese Steak Sandwiches! They were so good! We were able to watch them make it too! Bray loved watching us eat, haha!
After we toured Philly, we went to the Rocky Statue and posed by it. Ryan's always wanted to punch it!
We got to see the liberty bell! It's so huge and heavy!
This is Ry and I at the airport before getting into Philadelphia. We flew all day, we kinda look tired don't we?

Lindsay's and Michael's Birthday!

I had such a fun birthday!
Our nephew Ayden loved helping me open
my presents and was just as excited as I was
to get them!
May 3rd is not only my birthday, but also
Ryan's brother Michael who is now 17! Wow
they grow up fast don't they?
Ryan's sister Ashley gave me a cute earring
holder and Ayden was trying it on to make sure it fit!
Ashley made this delicious velvet cake! It was such a fun birthday! Ry got me a T3 hairdryer that's white with little rhinestones on the side! He also got me a new purple ipod nano! It's so cute! I love it! I love Ryan, he's the best husband ever!
